The two most common questions

The alarm didn't ring

In Hugo, open Settings → “Alarm check”: it shows whether alarm permission is granted and which alarm engine is running. On iOS 26.1 and later Hugo uses the system alarm (AlarmKit), which rings through the silent switch and Focus. On older iOS versions it falls back to notifications, which a Focus mode can suppress.

Cancel a subscription or get a refund

Subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details.

Privacy
